Job Description

Job Opportunity:
Line Chef We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Line Chef to join our kitchen. This role is designed for a culinary professional who has moved beyond the basics and is ready to take a leadership role on the line, combining high-level execution with a deep understanding of kitchen operations and acute attention to delta. . As a Line Chef, you will be expected to not only master your station but also contribute to the overall flow, quality control, and mentorship within the brigade.
Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership:
Execute complex dishes with absolute consistency, acting as a benchmark for quality and technique for the rest of the line.
Service Management:
Manage station timing and ticket flow with precision, ensuring the seamless integration of your components with the rest of the kitchen.
Ingredient Integrity:
Oversee the preparation and storage of high-quality ingredients, ensuring that all mise en place meets the Chef's exacting standards.
Operational Excellence:
Maintain a rigorous standard of organization and sanitation, leading by example in station cleanliness and product rotation.
Collaboration:
Partner with the Sous Chef to refine techniques, troubleshoot service hurdles, and occasionally assist in the training of new team members.
Qualifications Experience:
3+ years of professional kitchen experience, with a proven track record in high-pressure, service-oriented fine dining environments.
Culinary Proficiency:
Expert knowledge of heat management, protein fabrication, and sauce work.
Mindset:
A professional, solution-oriented attitude with a high degree of accountability and attention to detail.
Agility:
The ability to multitask effectively and maintain composure during peak service hours.
