Vehicle Maintenance Mechanic

Overview The Vehicle Maintenance Mechanic is a full-time, year-round position at The Highlands at Harbor Springs. This role operates in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment and is responsible for the preventative maintenance and repair of the resort's fleet and equipment.

The fleet includes:

Heavy equipment Snow grooming equipment Trucks and passenger vehicles Snowmobiles Small engines Miscellaneous fabricated equipment The Vehicle Maintenance team ensures the safe operation and reliability of all fleet equipment while minimizing downtime and repair costs in a positive, team-oriented environment.
