We take pride in culinary craftsmanship outside of standard restaurant walls, executing everything from precision-plated dinners and interactive live-action chef stations to curated food stations and standalone buffets. We value the dedication it takes to execute successful offsite events. In addition to a solid base hourly wage or salary, our culinary team participates in an event tip pool, offering rewarding earning potential.Key Responsibilities Prep Kitchen & Batch Production:
High-volume batch cooking, butchery, sauce production, and advanced food prep according to strict recipe yields and quality standards.Prep Sheet & Team Management:
Complete daily tasks given on prep sheets, set personal production timelines, and help to ensure the entire kitchen team stays efficient, on schedule, and organized.On-Site Event Finish & Execution:
Transition from the prep kitchen to the venue, leading the final on-site plating, managing food timing for plated dinners or buffet lines, and overseeing live-action cooking stations.Inventory & Food Waste Control:
Monitor ingredient pars, conduct weekly inventory counts, and actively manage prep schedules to minimize food waste and optimize food costs.Food Safety & Compliance:
Maintain a spotless commissary kitchen, strictly enforcing Greene County health codes, correct labeling/rotation (FIFO), and rigorous food safety during bulk cooling and transport.What We Offer:

2 years of professional culinary experience in a Sous Chef, Lead Prep Cook, or Banquet Production role. Strong background in high-volume catering, banquet production, or high-volume hotel prep is highly valued.Production Mindset:
Mastery of kitchen math, batch recipe scaling, high-yield prep scheduling, and excellent knife skills.Logistics & Organization:
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage changing event menus and ensure no detail is missed during event pack-outs.Adaptability & Stamina:
Ability to pivot smoothly from quiet production days to high-energy event execution, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for extended periods.Credentials:
Valid driver's license with a reliable driving record (Required); ServSafe Manager certification (Preferred).Job Type:
