We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented PM Pastry Cook to join our pastry team. This position is focused on preparing and running the pastry station during dinner service while assisting with pastry production as needed.

Compensation:

• Compensation is based off of weekly hours at the hourly rate.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs Schedule dependent on weekly demand; typical in-time would vary between 3pm and 4pm.

Responsibilities include:

Set up and organize the pastry station before service. Plate and finish desserts according to established standards. Maintain consistent portioning, presentation, and quality throughout service. Manage multiple tickets efficiently during busy service. Monitor and replenish mise en place before running low. Assist with pastry prep and production when needed. Communicate clearly with chefs, expo, and the kitchen team Properly label, store, and rotate products Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Complete end-of-night cleaning, storage, and restocking.

Qualifications:

Previous pastry, bakery, culinary, or restaurant experience preferred. Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment. Strong attention to detail and organization. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team. Willing to learn and take direction. Must be available for 4-5 PM shifts per week, typically 3:00 PM-11:00 PM , including weekends and holidays as needed. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their station, communicates well, and takes pride in sending out consistent, well-executed desserts.
