Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Executive Chef Full-Time | Upscale, Chef-Driven Restaurant Group Established and Growing, locally owned group with a passion for people and fresh ingredients with truly scratch kitchens is looking for a high- caliber Executive Chef. This is a fully engaged role with full immersion in all aspects of kitchen operations. Strong leaders with traditional culinary techniques who care about culture and people will be considered. Backgrounds in Contract Food Service, Clubs, consulting, or Hotel Task Force are not a match for this role. Traditional Full Service, upscale, ala-carte kitchen experience is a must. Responsibilities Lead and support a back-of-house team of 25-30 team members Work side-by-side with the BOH team to drive daily kitchen operations Be a visible leader on the line during service —this is a hands-on role Ensure consistency in food quality, execution, and presentation Train, coach, and develop team members Support menu execution and contribute ideas for seasonal offerings Use Toast for menu updates and onboarding related functions within the restaurant Maintain awareness of food cost and operational efficiency
