About us Timber Wood Fire Bistro is a popular Omaha restaurant . Our goal is to provide outstanding hospitality for our guests in a positive environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow will require working on the line. Manage and coordinate food preparation, including menu planning, recipe development, and portion control Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Skills:
Previous experience in the food service industry Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods Excellent leadership and supervisory skills Ability to effectively manage shifts and prioritize tasks Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure If you are passionate about the food industry and have a proven track record in kitchen management, we would love to hear from you.
