Pizza Chef

Job Summary We are seeking a seasonal skilled Pizza Chef to join our culinary team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at a high-end golf club with a passionate culinary team. You will be preparing multiple styles of pizza from Neapolitan, New York, and Detroit Style. The club is equipped with a Marra Forni Wood/Gas Oven on our outdoor patio and a Bakers Pride deck oven in the main kitchen. This is an energetic environment where quality and member satisfaction are our top priorities. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, ensuring consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality. Handle all aspects of pizza dough preparation, including mixing, kneading, proofing, and stretching. Preparation of all toppings, sauces, etc. for the pizza station . Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and slicing tools. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station to adhere to food safety standards. Collaborate with Executive Chef and Sous Chef to ensure timely service during busy hours General cooking skills outside of pizza to include grilling, frying and sauteing is preferred. Requirements Proven experience in food preparation and pizza making. Strong knife skills and proficiency in food handling techniques. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay:

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
