Job Description
We are seeking a talented, creative and experienced Culinary Director to manage the very busy and fast paced food services area within our beautiful and luxurious assisted living community. It is our goal that all Residents have the amenities and qualities of fine restaurant dining at their fingertips. Responsible for the organization, management and daily operation of the Food Service Department in accordance with the State Department of Health regulations, local regulations and policies. Must be able to supervise and instruct your staff of Prep Cooks, Cooks, Sous Chef, Director of Dining Services (FOH Manager) and Kitchen Utility Workers in policies and procedures under guidance of Vice President of Food and Beverage and as directed by the Executive Director, with minimal supervision.
