Responsibilities Develop and plan innovative menus that align with the establishment's concept and guest preferences, incorporating dietary considerations and current food trends Oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met or exceeded Supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to foster a motivated and cohesive team Manage inventory control and food safety procedures to minimize waste, optimize stock levels, and ensure compliance with health regulations Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail and timely execution Monitor food service operations during shifts, ensuring smooth workflow from preparation to serving while maintaining high customer satisfaction Collaborate with management on menu planning, cost control, and implementing new culinary initiatives to enhance the guest experience Skills Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining, catering, and restaurant management Proven supervisory and team management skills with the ability to lead by example and motivate staff In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures across all kitchen operations Strong understanding of inventory management, cost control, and food production techniques Excellent cooking skills with an eye for presentation and attention to detail in food preparation Experience in banquet service, dietary department coordination, and shift management within a hospitality setting Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure Join us as a Chef where your culinary talents will shine!
