  • Part-time, Full-time About Us Warabi Omakase is a modern Japanese omakase restaurant in Long Island City, dedicated to delivering a refined dining experience through premium ingredients, skilled craftsmanship, and genuine hospitality.
We are passionate about quality, consistency, and creating an exceptional experience for every guest. Position We are seeking an experienced Omakase Sushi Chef to join our team. Responsibilities
  • Prepare sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and omakase courses to a high standard.
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation.
  • Keep the sushi station clean and organized.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Work efficiently with the team to provide an excellent guest experience. Qualifications
  • Previous omakase sushi experience is required.
  • Strong knife skills and fish preparation knowledge.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. Schedule
Sunday-Thursday:
7.5-hour shifts
    Friday & Saturday:
    9-hour shifts
    • 35-40 hours per week
    • Weekend availability required. Compensation
    • $33/hour
