This role manages workflow, maintains an organized workspace, and works closely with front-of-house staff to deliver a memorable guest experience. Ensure all ingredients meet the highest standards for freshness and quality. Collaborate with frontofhouse staff to enhance the overall guest experience. Maintain an organized, efficient, and sanitary workspace. Manage inventory and communicate supply needs proactively. Uphold presentation and service standards for every seating. Qualifications Proven experience as a sushi chef in fine dining or fastpaced settings. Skilled at managing workflow and accommodating guest requests. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. Engaging and personable with guests. Knowledgeable in traditional sushi techniques and modern culinary trends.
