DOWNTOWN

location in lower Manhattan. We are seeking a talented and dependable Pastry Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is passionate about pastry, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare all items to Nobu standards Follow recipes and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards Monitor inventory and notify management of supply needs Work collaboratively with pastry team to ensure quality and consistency Qualifications One year pastry cook experience in a fine dining AND fast paced environment Knowledge of kitchen equipment Ability to multitask and work independently Nights, weekends, and holidays are required Culinary education preferred Applicant must be responsible, focused, organized, attentive to cleanliness, detail oriented, with a willingness to listen and learn. You must be reliable and have a great work ethic and a desire to work in a team environment.
