The Junior Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation. This role plays a key part in daily production, staff supervision, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient culinary environment.
