Catering Chef

Kohler Catering has an opening for a Catering Prep Cook who will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of food for catered events. Responsibilities, duties and skills: Setting up and sanitizing workstations Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking Preparing quality food and presenting it in an attractive manner Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen Follow safe food storage and handling guidelines Excellent cooking and food presentations skills Excellent time management skills Able to lift 25-50 pounds regularly Qualifications

• Food preparation and cooking skills and/or the ability to learn
• Experience helpful in a restaurant or kitchen setting
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
• Proficiency in knife skills and baking techniques
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
