Pizza Chef / Dough Slinger

PROOF is growing! We are looking for a pizza maker / dough slinger to join our team at the super popular Breakside Brewery in Beaverton.

Team Members Required Availability:

- Lunch + Dinner shifts in Beaverton ($20/hour + tips)

About You:

Must be upbeat and motivated, capable of self management, great at communicating and like to have fun! We are passionate about our culture, food, customer experience and are seeking members who share this passion and can grow with us.

Requirements:

2+ years experience in the food industryTransportation to get you to/from shifts18+ years or olderAvailable nights + weekendsPositive and open-minded attitude

Shift Expectations:

Candidates must have flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform basic food preparation tasks to specifications ensuring the cart is set-up for success.

Proficient in basic cooking principals including but not limited to baking, cooking, food frying, salad prep. Maintain a clean workspace and thoroughly understand the importance of meticulous hand hygiene.

Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and comfortable customer service to all guests.

Learn and retain basic knowledge of Toast POS operations to help facilitate order issues.

Prepare work area for opening and closing, following all items on daily checklists.
