Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a variety of French pastries, viennoiseries, and desserts following our traditional recipes. Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all baked goods. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Assist with ingredient preparation, inventory management, and production planning.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a pastry or baking role preferred, but passionate candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply. Ability to follow recipes with precision and consistency. Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality baking. Ability to work efficiently in a team and take direction well. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
