$130,000-$150,000 + 10% Bonus I'm currently hiring on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded golf brand for an experienced Executive Chef to join one of their private clubs in The Woodlands, TX. This is an exciting opportunity for a Chef who enjoys being hands-on in the kitchen while leading a talented culinary team and overseeing a high-quality member dining operation. The role will have a strong focus on upscale à la carte dining, with an emphasis on consistency, quality, presentation, and delivering an exceptional experience to club members.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience
  • A strong background in high-end à la carte dining
  • Experience within a private club, luxury hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant environment
  • Strong menu development and culinary execution skills
  • Excellent food quality, cost control, and kitchen management experience
  • A hands-on leadership style and the ability to work effectively with a smaller culinary team
  • A genuine passion for creating an elevated dining experience The club has limited catering, with the majority of the culinary operation centered around à la carte member dining, with occasional member events and golf tournaments.
This would suit a Chef who enjoys a more intimate operation, wants to be actively involved in the kitchen, and takes pride in delivering a consistently high standard of food and service.
