Job Summary Are you ready for the most amazing new retail/restaurant/lounge/gym 1st to market concept. Looking for 3 people who cook amazing food. Each Chef will create a food dish and if it is sold will earn 50% of the profit each time your dish is sold. Get creative. Also, each Chef will be able to have their dressing, sauces, and whatever else we can put on the grocery shelves and again you will earn 50% of the profits on all sales of your product. In this energetic role, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen operations, preparing high-quality dishes, managing food production, and ensuring a seamless flow of service. Whether you're fine dining experienced or new to the food industry, this position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills, oversee kitchen activities, and contribute to memorable dining experiences. Paid positions are available for all levels of experience, emphasizing growth and professional development in a vibrant hospitality environment. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish. Assist in supervising kitchen staff, providing guidance on food preparation and safety standards. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste. Support food safety protocols by adhering to sanitation guidelines and proper handling procedures. Collaborate with team members to coordinate catering events and banquet services efficiently. Contribute to menu planning and daily specials to enhance guest satisfaction. Oversee shift management duties including timing, station assignments, and maintaining a positive work environment. Requirements Proven experience in food production, cooking, or kitchen management within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience with leadership qualities. Knowledge of dietary requirements and experience working in banquet or fine dining environments. Familiarity with inventory management, food safety standards, and catering operations. Strong skills in food handling, preparation, serving, and overall kitchen operations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service hours while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude to foster team success.
