Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean and safe working environment. Support food production for large-scale events or high-volume service periods while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Follow food handling guidelines diligently, including proper knife skills and portion control techniques. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery, fostering a positive kitchen atmosphere. Qualifications Previous experience as a dietary aide or in a similar dietary department role is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in food preparation techniques such as braising, grilling, poaching, and meal assembly. Strong knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures. Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment with confidence and safety awareness. Background in fine dining or restaurant environments is advantageous. Skilled in food handling, knife skills, and recipe adherence for consistent quality output. Ability to thrive in high-volume production settings with excellent organizational skills.
