Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Experienced, Japanese Cuisine Executive Chef needed for a regional, revered industry leader that has multiple locations and is expanding. This is a Japanese-Sushi concept, so expertise in that culinary area is desired. Must be self-driven, food and beverage-focused, with thick skin — The guest isn't always 'right.' Must have a real passion for the restaurant industry. Chefs with a minimum of 3 years in a similar position will be considered, and we prefer experience in a concept with strong sales of at least $2-3M annually.
