What You'll Do Prepare high-quality food for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and special occasions. Execute recipes consistently while maintaining presentation standards. Follow production schedules and meet event deadlines. Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen. Collaborate with chefs, planners, and event teams. Assist with kitchen preparation before and after events. Qualifications Professional culinary experience preferred Catering experience is a plus ServSafe Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Ability to lift 50 pounds Reliable transportation Ability to work early morning shifts
Schedule Full-Time Typical Hours:
5:00 AM - 1:00 PM / 2:00 PM Weekend availability required.
