As a Pastry Cook 3, you are a highly skilled member of the pastry team, responsible for producing high‑quality desserts with precision, creativity, and consistency. This advanced role requires strong technical ability, excellent time management, and the confidence to lead production tasks with minimal supervision. You'll support the Pastry Chef team by mentoring junior cooks, maintaining high standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily pastry production, ensuring all items meet quality and presentation standards Execute advanced pastry techniques, including laminated doughs, plated desserts, custards, mousses, and specialty items Assist with oversight of prep lists and delegate tasks to Pastry Cooks 1 & 2 as needed Maintain consistency in flavor, texture, and appearance across all pastry offerings Assist in recipe development, seasonal menu changes, and special event production Benefits | We care for people so they can be their best .

Qualifications 3+ years of professional pastry experience or equivalent advanced training Strong understanding of pastry fundamentals and advanced techniques Ability to work independently and lead small production tasks Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to follow detailed recipes while maintaining speed and accuracy Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Open availability, including weekends and holidays Ability to work early mornings and occasional late evenings as needed Ability to stand, bend, and move continuously throughout the shift Apply
