Full Job Description Job Responsibilities:
Prepare sushi, sashimi, rolls, and other Japanese dishes Maintain food quality and presentation standards Keep the sushi bar clean and organized Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with prep work and inventory when needed Work efficiently during busy dinner and weekend shifts
Requirements:
Previous sushi chef experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Team player with a positive attitude Weekend availability preferred Punctual and responsible
