Experienced Sushi Chef - Full-Time Hon Sushi in Carrollton, TX is looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. Position Full-time 5 days per week Competitive pay based on experience Long-term position available Requirements Previous professional sushi restaurant experience required Experience with sushi and sashimi preparation Strong knife skills and fish preparation skills Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Clean, organized, and reliable Able to work well as part of a team Responsibilities Prepare sushi, sashimi, rolls, and other sushi bar items Prepare and portion fish and ingredients Maintain quality and presentation standards Keep the sushi bar and work area clean and organized Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with prep and inventory as needed
