+ Growth Opportunities We are looking for a energetic, dependable, and organized Hibachi Chef to join our growing food truck team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys cooking in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and delivering high-quality food with consistency and speed. As a Hibachi Chef, you will be responsible for cooking on the grill, preparing proteins and vegetables, maintaining cleanliness, and helping create a great customer experience. Responsibilities Cooking fresh hibachi consistently on our flat top grill Prepare food in a timely matter while also maintaining quality Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards Prep ingredients and restock/clean stations before and during shifts Communicate with cashier and expo team to keep orders moving efficiently Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Keep the truck and cooking area clean and organized Provide a professional and positive attitude during busy service hours Qualifications Hibachi, grill, or restaurant cooking and/or catering experience preferred Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong sense of urgency and teamwork Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50lbs+ when needed Weekend and evening availability preferred What We Offer Weekly pay + opportunity to earn tips Potential hourly pay raise after training completion and demonstrated performance Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding food truck business Fun, energetic work environment Flexible scheduling opportunities Ideal Candidate Someone who takes pride in their cooking, works well under pressure, stays organized, and brings great energy to the team.
