We're looking for someone who takes hygiene, product handling, and prep timing seriously, and who understands that every piece leaving the bar represents the house. We value punctuality, a clean and organized workstation, and attention to detail in every preparation: the cut, the temperature, the presentation. We're looking for consistency and a willingness to keep improving technique day by day, a good attitude toward feedback, and steady performance during every shift, whether it's a quiet night or a packed house.

Requirements:

Experience in sushi preparation (nigiri, maki, sashimi). Knowledge of safe raw fish handling and basic food safety standards. Ability to maintain pace and quality during high-demand periods. Commitment to schedules and to the team. Willingness to learn and work well with others.
