Available Help for . Hibachi Chef Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and energetic Hibachi Chef to join our team. The Hibachi Chef is responsible for preparing and cooking meals at the hibachi grill while providing an engaging and entertaining dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, enjoys interacting with customers, and can maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook hibachi-style meals, including steak, chicken, seafood, vegetables, rice, and noodles according to restaurant recipes and standards.

Perform tableside cooking demonstrations and interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and entertaining manner.

Ensure all food is prepared safely, efficiently, and in accordance with health and sanitation regulations.

Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation to maintain consistency.

Prepare and stock ingredients needed for daily operations.

Maintain a clean and organized grill station, kitchen area, and equipment.

Manage multiple orders while providing prompt and attentive service.

Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure guest satisfaction.

Assist with inventory control, food storage, and stock rotation.

Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and food handling guidelines. Qualifications Previous experience as a Hibachi Chef, Teppanyaki Chef, Grill Cook, or similar position preferred.

Strong knife skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to perform cooking demonstrations and engage with guests.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
