Executive Chef 2 Sodexo Corporate Services | STIHLS Manufacturing Facility Virginia Beach, VA Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef 2 to lead culinary operations at the STIHLS manufacturing campus in Virginia Beach. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on culinary leader who thrives in a fast-paced corporate dining environment and enjoys developing people, menus, and operations. About the Operation The food program includes: One full-service café offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner (Open fronm 5:30am to 10pm) Micro-Market located within the café (open 24/7 self check-out) Catering services supporting on-site meetings and eventsIncentives:
M-F 6am to 4pm with some evenings, very rare weekendsWhat You'll Do:
As the Executive Chef , you will serve as the site's senior culinary leader, overseeing all kitchen operations and setting the standard for food quality, creativity, and service excellence.You will:
Lead and mentor a culinary team of 10 hourly cooks Direct and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager , who oversees much of the daily cooking Be hands-on approximately 40% of the time , actively supporting production and service Own menu planning , food ordering, and inventory management Ensure strong control of food and labor costs Oversee catering production and execution Utilize computer systems for ordering, inventory, scheduling, and reportingWhat We Offer:

Minimum Education Requirement- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience Minimum Management Experience
- 2 years Minimum Functional Experience
- 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
