Job Description

Overview Have you always wanted to live in the remote regions of the PNW? Where your days off are spent walking beaches, fishing and exploring the outdoors rather than fighting traffic? When we started Toast & Jam in May of 2025 we were fortunate enough to have an amazing Cook join our team. He has worked alongside us to bring something very special to our community. We are looking for a teammate for him. Someone capable of taking some of the burden off of his shoulders and help us expand hours and days in a lead position. We are not in a hurry... but when we find the right person we will make room for you! We are looking for someone passionate about great tasting food. Our kitchen is small but our vision is big and we have been able to create amazing success in the last year and a half. We want someone capable of sharing the lead on dinner specials and menu design who also understands that in a rural restaurant we all do prep, dishes, etc... We have a baker on staff who makes all of our breads and desserts (yep... we even make our hamburger buns)... so bonus points if you can bake too or have a partner who bakes! Seating
