Job Description
Join Lotte Hotel Seattle as a Taskforce Executive ChefWe're seeking an experienced, hands-on Executive or Executive Sous Chef to lead our kitchen operations on a flexible contract basis. This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled culinary leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and wants the flexibility of contract work. You'll manage daily service and coordinate sophisticated banquet operations for our upscale Seattle hotel.

What You'll DoLead and oversee daily kitchen operations during service periodsManage high-volume banquet preparation and executionMaintain food quality, safety standards, and plating excellenceMentor and direct kitchen staff during shiftsCollaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service deliveryMonitor inventory, costs, and kitchen efficiencyWhat We're Looking For5+ years of hotel kitchen or executive culinary experienceProven ability to manage high-volume banquets and daily service simultaneouslyStrong leadership and communication skillsFood safety certification and knowledge of sanitation standardsFlexibility and adaptability in a contract role
