• Prepare and create high-quality sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines in food handling and preparation
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing customer requests

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within the food industry
• Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, including knife skills and food handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• We are willing to train the right person, attention to detail and drive to improve is a must. Pay depending on experience.
• This is a tipped position.
