Sushi Chef - Full Time Kampai | Jackson, WY Kampai, recently featured in The New York Times , is Jackson's premier sushi and fine dining destination. We're seeking an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team in the heart of Jackson Hole.

What We're Looking For:

4+ years' experience in high-volume, upscale sushi kitchens Strong knife skills, fish butchery & sushi rice expertise Creativity balanced with respect for Japanese tradition Team-oriented, professional, and passionate about hospitality This is a full-time, hands-on role serving guests at the sushi bar and working closely with a collaborative kitchen team.
