We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Key Responsibilities:
Serves as a local information source for members. Maintains expertise in club events, hours, and all other aspects of the club to ensure information accuracy. Assists the team in supplying Westerfield and Troon handouts, packets, and brochures. Assists members with various services, such as making dining reservations, providing directions, and other special arrangements. Assists members with questions and concerns, makes suggestions, and identifies possible solutions. Answers all incoming calls to the member service desk. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Organizes and responds to all resumes and applications. Provides timely responses to all emails and contact forms. Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Two to three years of experience in the hospitality industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
