As a Guest Transportation Concierge at Barkley Buick GMC Cadillac, you play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring our valued guests enjoy a seamless and comfortable transportation experience. Your primary responsibility is to provide courteous, prompt, and safe shuttle service to and from our dealership, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere that reflects our commitment to superior customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence :

Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

Safe Transportation :

Drive the courtesy shuttle vehicle in a safe, responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.

Schedule Coordination :

Manage shuttle schedules efficiently, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs for all guests.

Vehicle Maintenance :

Conduct regular inspections of the shuttle vehicle, reporting any maintenance needs to ensure it is always in top condition.

Communication :

Keep guests informed of any delays, route changes, or other important information during their ride.

Supportive Role :

Assist with other guest-related services as needed at the dealership, contributing to the overall positive experience at Barkley Buick GMC Cadillac.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A friendly and professional demeanor, with a passion for helping others.
