Are you passionate about delivering amazing catering experiences to guests? Whether that's at a wedding, engagement party, business dinner or from the bay of our food truck, We Want You on Our Team! As a member of the catering and events team, you'll be responsible for providing exemplary customer service throughout the entirety of the event and its planning. Responsibilities will differ depending on your position for the event, while all roles will enjoy a flexible schedule and a variety of experiences, venues and guests. Our Catering Attendants are responsible for joining the director and team onsite for events across NWA. We serve our clients from Bella Vista down to Fort Smith, from our five restaurant concepts and Catering department. You will be responsible for working with the kitchen to ensure all the proper food has been cooked and prepped correctly, loading all needed equipment, food, and beverage, and then traveling to the location to set it up. Comprensive training will be completed and a full team will travel together to events that require multiple people.

• Duties:

• Prepare Buffet and serve food at various events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, and private parties
• Set up and arrange catering equipment and decorations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the catering area
• Assist with bussing tables and cleaning up after events
• Interact with guests to ensure a positive dining experience

• Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality is suggested but not required
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to help with various tasks as needed in the catering process
• Ability to work independently or as a team player.
• Demonstrate a high level of initiative.
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Works well under pressure.
• Takes instruction and direction well.
• Demonstrates good communication and social skills.
