The Role We're looking for a Front Desk / Patient Services Coordinator to be one of the welcoming faces and voices of Luxe. As a primary point of contact, you'll create the calm, luxurious first impression that sets us apart from traditional imaging centers. You'll help patients feel relaxed and confident from the moment they arrive or call, while expertly managing registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and front-office flow. This is more than a front-desk job — it's a high-touch patient experience role in a premium healthcare setting. What You'll Do Greet every patient and visitor with warmth and polished professionalism, creating a calm, upscale environment Manage check-in and check-out using our modern EHR system (Athenahealth) Handle appointment scheduling for MRI, CT, and other imaging services with precision Verify insurance eligibility and benefits, collect payments, and support billing processes with empathy Coordinate with referring providers and clinical staff to ensure seamless care Maintain accurate patient records while upholding the highest HIPAA standards Answer multi-line phones and respond to inquiries with excellence Assist with administrative tasks and help keep our beautiful facility running smoothly Contribute to the overall patient journey — turning what can be an intimidating experience into one that feels effortless and supportive What We're Looking For A friendly, positive, and polished presence — you naturally make people feel comfortable Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service abilities Experience in a medical office, imaging center, or similar healthcare setting is preferred Comfort with computers, phones, multi-line systems, and learning new platforms (Athenahealth experience a plus) Ability to multitask gracefully in a fast-paced yet calm environment Bilingual abilities are a big advantage Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine desire to elevate the patient experience Why Join Luxe?
