The Role We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic Sales & Wellness Concierge to be the face and voice of our clinic. In this dynamic role, you'll split your time between delivering an unforgettable front-desk experience and educating clients on how our modalities can help them reach their personal health goals. What You'll Do Welcome & Engage:
Create a vibrant, warm, and professional atmosphere for every client entering or calling the clinic.
Drive Sales & Educate:
Introduce clients to our full suite of services—from IV drips and peptides to cryotherapy and hyperbaric therapy—and guide them toward the memberships or packages best suited for them.
Deliver Service Concierge-Style:
Handle appointments, phone inquiries, check-ins/check-outs, and ensure smooth client flow between services. Support the
Team:
Work side-by-side with our sports medicine practitioners and clinic staff to deliver a seamless experience.
Keep Learning:
Master the science and benefits behind our service lineup so you can speak confidently with clients (we provide full, hands-on training!).
