Overview Sculp Lymphatic Wellness Spa is seeking a polished, personable, and motivated Client Relations & Wellness Coordinator to join our growing team. This client-facing position blends luxury hospitality, relationship building, appointment coordination, and sales. You will play an essential role in creating the signature Sculp experience—ensuring every client feels genuinely welcomed, cared for, and supported throughout their wellness journey. Key Responsibilities

• Create a warm, elevated, and personalized experience for every client
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and client communications
• Answer calls and text messages promptly and professionally
• Educate clients about Sculp services, memberships, packages, and Membership offerings
• Confidently recommend services based on each client's individual goals
• Support membership and package sales, rebooking, and long-term client retention
• Process payments and maintain accurate client profiles
• Coordinate with practitioners to ensure each appointment flows seamlessly
• Maintain an immaculate, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Support leadership with daily studio operations and administrative responsibilities The Ideal Candidate
• Has previous experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, spa, salon, retail, or customer service
• Possesses strong sales skills and feels confident discussing memberships and packages
• Communicates with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Is organized, dependable, punctual, and able to multitask effectively
• Takes initiative and approaches responsibilities with an ownership mindset
• Is comfortable using scheduling software and client communication systems
• Has a genuine interest in wellness, beauty, and exceptional client care
