Role:
As a Customer Relations Specialist at GEARYS Beverly Hills Rolex Boutiques, you will be the voice of GEARYS Beverly Hills across a variety of channels, fostering positive relationships and exceeding guest expectations at every interaction. You will play a vital role in managing all incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring our guests feel informed, valued, and connected throughout their experience.
What You'll Do:
Field, initiate, and respond to all guest communications through multiple channels, including email, social media platforms (direct messages & comments), online review sites (Google, Yelp), and phone calls. Initiate post-visit communications to nurture relationships and gather valuable feedback. Schedule in-store appointments efficiently via phone, email, and website submission forms, ensuring a smooth guest journey. Though not directly interacting with guests in person, you'll embody the GEARYS Beverly Hills spirit through professional and informative communication.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and a friendly tone. The ability to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously while prioritizing effectively. Proficiency in using email, social media platforms, online review sites, and CRM software for professional communication. Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate and efficient communication A genuine interest in understanding guest needs and fostering positive relationships. Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to ensure a smooth guest experience and provide ongoing support. Experience scheduling appointments and managing calendars effectively.
