West Hollywood, on-site We are seeking a polished, personable, sales-driven Front Desk & Sales Concierge who will serve as one of the primary faces of AEDIT. This person is responsible not only for front desk execution and sales, but also for creating and maintaining the high-end, professional patient experience that defines the practice. The ideal candidate understands that every detail matters: how patients are greeted, how quickly inquiries are answered, how the reception area looks, how smoothly appointments run, how pricing and services are discussed, and how thoughtfully patients are followed up with after their visit. Excellent hospitality and strong sales performance should feel seamless, never transactional or pushy. Your Purpose Create an exceptional, polished patient experience while helping convert interest into long-term patient relationships. You will help manage the front-of-house experience, convert leads into appointments, support rebooking and retention, sell approved memberships/packages/retail products, and help keep the schedule productive and organized. Key Responsibilities High-End Patient Experience & Front Desk Create a warm, polished, professional, and luxury-level experience for every patient and guest. Serve as a visible ambassador of the AEDIT brand and uphold elevated standards in communication, appearance, hospitality, discretion, and attention to detail. Welcome patients by name when possible and make each interaction feel personalized, organized, and thoughtful. Manage check-in and checkout, scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, waitlists, and general appointment coordination. Answer phone calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally. Collect payments, maintain accurate patient information, and confirm required forms and consents are completed. Protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times. Coordinate closely with providers and leadership to keep the daily schedule running smoothly and minimize patient wait times. Escalate clinical questions, contraindications, treatment-specific medical advice, or patient concerns to the appropriate licensed provider. Maintain a reception and retail environment that is consistently clean, organized, stocked, visually polished, and patient-ready. Sales, Conversion & Patient Engagement Convert new inquiries and leads into consultations and booked appointments through timely, thoughtful follow-up. Educate patients on AEDIT services, memberships, packages, promotions, and retail products using approved materials and guidance. Sell eligible retail products, memberships, and treatment packages while maintaining a consultative, patient-first approach. Follow up with prospective patients, unconverted consultations, canceled appointments, inactive patients, and patients due for maintenance treatments. Encourage appropriate rebooking and long-term treatment planning as directed by providers and approved practice protocols. Initiate confident sales conversations without creating pressure or compromising the patient experience. Work toward individual and team sales goals and contribute to overall practice growth. Schedule Optimization & Front-of-House Support Proactively work cancellations, waitlists, same-day openings, and patient outreach to help maintain a productive provider schedule. Identify scheduling gaps and help fill appropriate openings through approved outreach and follow-up. Support front-of-house stocking, retail merchandising, linen flow, supplies, and facility readiness as needed. Assist with opening and closing procedures once properly trained and authorized. Work collaboratively with clinical, concierge, and leadership teams to maintain a smooth, organized, professional environment. How Success Is Measured Performance in this role will be evaluated across patient experience, front-desk execution, sales, and follow- through, including areas such as: Lead-to-booking conversion and timely lead follow-up Rebooking and patient retention Membership, package, and retail sales Cancellation and no-show recovery Schedule support and provider utilization Accuracy, responsiveness, and completion of front-desk responsibilities Consistent delivery of a polished, professional, high-end patient experience Needed Experience At least 1 year of front desk, guest services, administrative, sales, or customer-facing experience. Previous sales experience and confidence discussing pricing, packages, memberships, and retail products. Medspa, aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, wellness, luxury hospitality, or high-end retail experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and medical-grade skincare is a plus. Warm, polished, professional, and patient-focused demeanor. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using scheduling, point-of-sale, and client-management systems; Boulevard experience is a plus. Reliable, punctual, discreet, and able to handle confidential information appropriately. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed. Base compensation:
