What You'll Do As our Concierge, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience by: Welcoming every guest with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. Answering incoming phone calls and directing clients efficiently. Serving as a central point of contact for Cadillac clients and new team members. Coordinating with fellow Concierge team members to ensure excellent coverage, scheduling, and a low missed-call rate. Guiding customers shopping for a new Cadillac to the appropriate Sales Representative. Managing daily and weekly Cadillac loaner vehicle scheduling to maximize fleet utilization. Processing new vehicle inventory, dealer trades, and check requests. Ordering office supplies and supporting dealership administrative functions. Becoming the go-to resource for all things Cadillac. Assisting with additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
