You'll be the face of the company - creating exceptional guest experiences, running our front desk smoothly, and confidently operating cryotherapy, infrared sauna, and other non-medical services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Experience & Front Desk- Warmly welcome clients and create a positive first impression.
- Manage scheduling, confirmations, and check-ins/outs.
- Educate clients on memberships, specials, and promotions.
- Handle payments, invoices, and maintain accurate client profiles.
- Communicate effectively with the owner and medical staff.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lounge, and service rooms. Cryotherapy & Wellness Devices
- Safely operate and monitor cryotherapy, infrared sauna, and other equipment (training provided).
- Guide clients through sessions, explaining protocols and safety procedures.
- Ensure treatment rooms are sanitized and stocked between clients. Sales & Growth Mindset
- Share specials and loyalty programs naturally during checkout.
- Follow up on leads or walk-ins; assist in membership sales.
- Support social media efforts with photos, updates, or special event promotion. Requirements
- 1+ year in a client-facing role (spa, med spa, fitness, or hospitality).
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Tech-savvy with scheduling/POS systems (Aesthetic Record, Stripe, or similar).
- Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently, including opening/closing duties.
- CPR certification or medical assistant experience is a plus.
