Qualifications Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure Able to follow up with requests for information regarding residency at Seacrest Village Encinitas. Schedule and complete tours with potential clients as well as other community members. Coordinate and schedule all trial residencies. Complete inquiry and application process and send out any necessary correspondence to applicant or designated family member/friend. Coordinate all admissions/move-ins to include but not limited to: collaborating with other staff to make certain that move-in day goes smoothly. Assure that the room/apartment meets the standards of the facility before the new resident arrives. Prior to move-in make certain apartment keys, access card, parking permit, computer information regarding resident, and any other pre-move-in arrangements are made. Able to be present on move-in day to facilitate a smooth transition
