We are currently seeking a patient and empathetic Front Desk and Technician to support the operations of our Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) chambers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be trained on what an HBOT machine provides and be able to explain a general summary to incoming patients to support their treatment. The primary duty will be to take care of all patient needs at the clinic, including but not limited to checking patients in, providing patient education, scheduling appointments, answering phones and emails, assisting patients in and out of the chambers while monitoring status during appointments, and clean up duties. The role will offer paid training for technical understanding and customer support functions regarding processing inquiries. This is a part-time role, with days pending and hours. This role will be guaranteed a minimum of one shift weekly, as well as covering vacation, call outs, or requests off. We are a growing company and plan to extend hours and days. In time, more shifts will become available. The ideal candidate will be open to flexible scheduling, and will also be open to evening/weekend shifts as we continue to expand. Responsibilities Maintains a safe, clean, and orderly environment for patients and visitors by performing the selected duties assigned. Provide patient education by answering questions and teaching procedures Assist in start-up and shut-down of the chamber units Patient coordination and support for treatment services Reporting equipment maintenance needs to management for resolution Administrative duties, such as check-ins, scheduling, answering phones, responding to emails Clean up duties for machinery and facility Qualifications Experience in a medical or clinical setting strongly preferred (EMT, CNA, MA, medical receptionist, etc.) Experience with customer service Comfortable with technology — we use Google Suite, Slack, and scheduling software daily Able to provide consistent high quality services with little supervision Excellent communication and customer service skills Able to respond to patient requests and support multiple patients at a time Able to adapt and be flexible with changes during the shift Empathetic and able to connect to people Able to problem solve and think on your feet
