Job Summary We're seeking a friendly, customer-oriented Wellness Specialist to support daily client services, front-desk operations, light administrative duties, and social media engagement. The ideal candidate has an interest in sports medicine, holistic health (e.g., yoga, nutrition), fitness, or wellness , enjoys interacting with a diverse client base, and is eager to learn and grow within our team. This position will be trained in Cool Indulge's signature recovery and wellness treatments, though no prior specialist clinical certifications are required. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in clients, answer phone calls and email inquiries professionally Schedule appointments and manage client check-out, including collecting payments Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness Support light administrative tasks, including basic data entry and housekeeping Assist with social media campaigns and content as directed Educate clients on Cool Indulge's treatment options and answer basic questions Occasionally attend off-site promotional events, if scheduling permits Provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service

Qualifications Required:
