The Concierge position consults with Members in coordinating the Sports Club services towards their needs in an efficient, courteous and professional manner in addition to providing outstanding customer service in suggesting and selling boutique items. This position requires working weekends. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: 1) Continuous awareness of satisfying Members on the spot without a hassle. 2) Processing of charges with proficient opening & closing of shift. 3) Maintenance of retail area taking special request orders for Members as needed. 4) Assist in finding the ultimate cause for Member's problems and institute change. 5) Promote all club events to Members such as wellness classes and services. 6) Ability to give tours of the Spa & Sports Club to Members and Guests and deliver sales tours to prospective decision makers who can provide business for the Spa and Real Estate. Must have excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and problem solving skills and be proficient in with computer scheduling and all Microsoft applications. Working knowledge working with Jonas software experience is a plus. Ideal candidate will have a "do whatever it takes" attitude, willing to work extended hours and deal professionally with staff and guests. Needs to have a common sense approach in conveying ideas, responsibilities and policies with guests and employees. Problem solving skills are a must and a great sense of humor is essential. The company offers competitive wages. $20.00 per hour + retail commissions. Background check and drug testing is required.
