Aegis of Laguna Niguel is looking for a Concierge/Driver to provide exceptional customer service to our resident, guests, and families.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM The Driver is responsible for inspecting the vehicles and keeping them properly fueled and clean. When not driving, the Driver will report to the community for other assigned tasks including resident activities and light maintenance duties.

Concierge:

Greet and direct visitors, families, residents, and employees to the right person or place and providing exceptional customer service Answer all phone calls in a professional manner and handling the front desk and all assigned duties Coordinate medical appointments and family outings with Care and Nursing Staff Support the smooth operation for the Marketing Department and Office Manager In depth familiarity with the community layout and employees' responsibilities What You Will Do as a

Driver:

Transport residents at the Community Maintain the bus and town car Communicate effectively Lead activities that bring joy to residents Practice effective team behavior Demonstrate effective interpersonal relationships Is organized and manages time effectively Build resident and family satisfaction

Who You Are:

A valid state driver's license, clean driving record, and any specialized licenses (or the willingness and capability to acquire) required to operate multi-passenger vehicles Experience working with the senior population Skilled at building relationships with residents Good navigational skills Must meet State requirements on criminal background check. Must be a minimum age of 25 years of age transport residents and run errands for the community. Must be willing to take 2-step TB test
