The role is ideal for someone who is comfortable using computer-based ticketing tools, processing credit card transactions, and staying organized in a fast-paced public-facing environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests at the box office by explaining available ticket options and completing purchases accurately through a computerized ticketing platform.
  • Process cashless transactions with care, ensuring credit card payments are handled securely and efficiently.
  • Provide courteous customer service while answering questions and guiding visitors through ticket selections during high-traffic periods.
