As a Security Officer Concierge Building Entrance Access Control in Newport Beach, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Officer supporting a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and team members. You will contribute to a welcoming environment while delivering reliable service with integrity, teamwork, and a people-first approach at Allied Universal. Must Have Security Experiance 2+ Years /

AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial office property by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures. Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with property policies; report unauthorized access concerns to appropriate personnel. Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and property representatives.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 6 months of security-related experience is required. Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. A state, county, or city-issued license for security-related work is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
