Purpose Under moderate supervision, oversees the clubhouse area for adherence to the community's Rules and Regulations regarding facility use. Performs related duties as assigned. Essential Duties Provide a range of monitoring of the users of the clubhouse and associated facilities, including but not limited to: Function as part of the property management team, be trained in operations and emergency procedures. Comply at all times with clubhouse standards, procedures, and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operation of events Approach and respond to all encounters with residents, guests, and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner; establish and maintain working relationships with the Property Manager and Community residents Ensure access for residents and guests only Inform residents and their guests of rules and regulations as needed. Examine the clubhouse and associated facilities for potential hazards; if found, report deficiencies or problems to the Property Manager Assist in setting up and taking down equipment and decor for various community programs following written or verbal instruction Attend regular staff meetings. Job Duties Assist with planning, organizing, and promoting recreational activities and interest classes in the clubhouse. Clean clubhouse and other areas after all events have finished. Open and close the clubhouse. Report any shortage of supplies. Perform additional duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Compensation:
$16.90
  • $17.
90 per hour
Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday, 4:30 pm
  • 9:00 pm (2 days off during the week); Saturday
  • Sunday, 9:00 am
